Our Story

Melnoa Cares was founded to fill the gap in South Simcoe for compassionate, specialized support for individuals living with hoarding, chronic disorganization, or unsafe home environments. Many residents, especially older adults, face daily challenges managing clutter and maintaining a safe, healthy home. Research shows that 2–6% of people experience clinically significant hoarding behaviours, and these challenges often increase with age, raising risks to safety, mobility, and daily functioning.

We empower individuals to create safer, healthier homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and personal choice. Our approach is personalized, evidence-based, and focused on improving both living spaces and overall well-being.
